I have dealt in the past with many DME companies for my mother and father and now my aunt. The customer service I experienced was so kind and compassionate. The staff is so knowledgeable and took time to go through each and every item that the doctor ordered. They taught us how to use all the equipment and my family was very thankful.

The staff at Rosel was friendly and helped my grandmother get her home oxygen literally the next day. Will definitely come back to Rosel if I ever need any other equipment.
