I dont live here. Just visited. If you dont like having company over this place is fine but it’s very crowded and it has overly serious security that is not very friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the nice, outside painting, because this place will disappoint you. Starting with the security, the security is a joke. The security gate will stop all cars, yes, but you can get inside the complex by walking aloneside the security gate, or the side openings ,and no one will stop you. The place is wide open to pedestrians. That why there has been bikes theft and vandalism, but the worst is the management. The bad faces, arrogance, and incompetence of the top management is outstanding. It took me three month of fighting the manager to change a broken diswaher. I had to stop paying rent to get the issue resolved. The carpets are poorly installed, and will unravel in a year, and then, you will be charged $150, deducted from you security deposit. Need to use the business center? Forget it. The computers will frustrate you, the copy machine never have paper, and to send it a fax…, well, no line. I hope you don’t get the same mistake I did, and find a better place to live. I don’t know about other Milton properties, but this one definitely did not fulfilled the mision of the builder.

I don’t know why I took so long to review and rate this amazing place. It’s been more than one and half year I left Miami due to my transfer for work to other city. Recently I went for holiday in Miami when I visited Royal Palms at a friend’s place and feel this is the right time to express my feedback for this community.

A wonderful community which is well maintained throughout the year. The support staff are the backbone of this place who are just a call away for any issue. Kudos to all of them and accolades to the Cecilia the community manager. My special thanks extend to her more as during Hurricane the support provided by her and the team was mind blowing.

The entertainment activities around the year are held which keeps the neighbors know each other well. All aged people and pets have things here.

Thanks for the all the memories for my family. I know where to get back or where my friends should stay 😊😊😊
