Well I found out my service was cancelled in 2018, but I kept using my phone until May 29, 2020. Getting turned back on has been very frustrating. The deal was they kept transferring me to another person who did not speak English. I did everything they ask me to do and still do not have phone service. Now they are saying it is the government’s fault. I have to wait 7-10 day. When we all know they only have to hit a computer key or two.

I was never sent a phone yet they mailed me a card stating that if I don’t use my service, I was going to be terminated. I have a yellow card they sent with my ID number on it.
When I called, and also on line. The reps told me I have no account on file. Horrible establishment. They need to have all new personnel. Incompetent!

safe link service is ok for a free service. I have always had trouble getting reception in areas where other providers have perfect reception. My replacement phone arrived fast and works OK. However it only has a battery life of 2 days not the 12 days as advertised. It can use 50% power a day without even being used. If I had known this I would have avoided the Blade t2. Can not find any cases to fit the Blade either.

Terrible customer service. After been approved and verified by life line , I called to be informed about my aplication status, no one knew why it was still pending. I called for ten days every day and they will transfer me from one person to another. I even spoke to a manager named Lynden, he transferred me to someone named Adrian that hung up on me. This agents that works for safelink there’s from other countries some were Philippines and they don’t know how to resolve the issue .
Very frustrated and disappoint.

If there was an award for the worst customer service on the planet these people would get it! I am a patient person, but good GOD I have called roughly eight to nine times – just to get my number transferred all the while I have all have the information I needed – all of the representatives have no idea what to do and the managers hang up the phones before answering. Wow dude.
