Jany Frometa and Karina Rucinque from Doral are a valuable asset to the practice, they are the true definition of what every employee should be like. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, as well as make me feel welcome and cared for. Both have an incredible work ethic and the skills to manage any patient before they are seen by a physician. This sets the bar pretty high in my opinion. Sanitas clearly stands for excellent. I am grateful to have been helped by them, the doctor’s assistant and Dr. Adriana. I can tell they love working here and love helping people. Congratulations Jany, Karina, and the amazing people at Sanitas for being wonderful humans and an amazing asset to your workplace.

3 visits across 3 patients over a 6 month period and all essentially the same verdict – A beautiful new building and facility that is poorly managed. First visit general check-up. Result: After a quick exam and meet and great they forgot about the patient for 1.25 hours in the exam room. Second visit they booked 2 exams for the same day that we later found out can’t be done simultaneously… so that went well. Third visit failed to even happen as the site says open until 8PM on Tuesdays but they were already closed at 6:59PM. We won’t be back.

Luz Gonzalez from Doral is a huge asset to your practice, she is the true definition of what every employee should be like. She goes above and beyond and her work ethic and skills to treat and help the patient is beyond excellent. I myself as well as my family are beyond grateful to have been helped by her. She is wonderful, amazing and I could go on but I am just going to finish by saying she is the true star of your practice and she proves with her work that she loves what she does. Congratulations Luz for being not only a wonderful human but an amazing asset to your work place.

In this time of technology and artificial intelligence – not all systems work flawlessly. The difference in all cases for patients satisfaction and trust is the people in the organizations.
Finding the help orientation and empathy from the person applying for referrals makes the difference. Luz Maria Gonzalez always finds time to give us all the necessary help and information. She is always courteous, dedicated and professional. Our appreciation to her efforts

What a great experience. Very little waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor spent more than half hour with me to try to get the best treatment for me. Great prices. If you don’t have insurance the best place to go to. I came back today. Few more things. Free WIFI. Big parking lot and comfortable waiting area.
