The compressor replaced did not work… I am totally dissatisfied with entire process. I understand we are in a Crisis! However, the appointment system and rescheduling is horrible!

Repairman refused to complete the service unless another payment was paid, after the entire service fee had already been paid. Showed them the original receipt that shows paid 100% but he insisted his records shows an amount due. Final receipt showed I overpaid $77. When I called the customer service number, they told me to write a letter and mail it as a dispute to their offices. This is 2019, nobody writes a letters and mails it in! It’s just their way of discouraging anyone from collecting their hard earned money when they overcharge you!

This a/c has been broken since September 5th, the technician came installed the parts and it still does not work, now they claime they are ordering 4 more additional parts meanwhile just got two of the parts however the other 3 are in back order, so they are not giving me a replacement this master service agreement is a ripoff
