Will never buy from Shoe Palace again. I placed an order online for a pair of Kyrie 3’s in a size 2 for my son. I received a size 1 instead. I went the Shoe Palace in International Mall and spoke to the manager Adriana. She told me I had to call Customer service. I called customer service and there is no one there you can speak to. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. This is really poor customer service. I will never buy from Shoe Palace in store or online again. Let’s see how long they take to call me back. I sold have night from FootLocker, Champs, Eastbay. Any other company besides Shoe Palace
