Great service!!! Had problems with my rewards points and Elsa was very patient and helped and show me step by step how it works. Thanks to her helping me I was able to buy my shoes with my rewards $$. Very nice and friendly service

Love their shoes and prices are decent but I was surprised and disappointed to have them tell me that I wouls have to take the boxes because otherwise they would have tons of garbage! Given how many boxes and packaging Skechers must use in all their stores I would very much hope they improve their attitude on recycling, reuse and minimizing waste quickly. Its really very disappointing to see that kind of attitude and approach from such a big brand. Come on guys, you can do way better!
