poor services
they did the job but never called the inspection
and now city send me violation
i am trying to reach them but they are not responding
i am worried a lot
this is a ridiculous service from them

We have been 5 years with this company. When I called 3 days ago to get someone to fix our AC they told us the company closed down and it is April now taking care of their business. They’re very irresponsible. I made an apt couple of days ago for yesterday. I’ve been calling to know status of it and every time I called they said I’m in their schedule for to check the ac but nothing. I asked to talk to a supervisor since my mom has Alzheimer’s and there is no AC in the apt and they have done nothing about it. Please do not do business with this company. It’s a shame. Very Bad!!!!

This review is to warn the public ahead of time do not use this company and at this point I am falling just short of saying stay away from Carrier units. With all the issues I have had, the manufacturers of the unit may be the problem. With such horrible services it make one wonder if its your product that’s the problem. Carrier unit are considered one of the best units around but I can’t tell. I have wood floors and my unit is leaking. Its a week later and no one has reached out to fix the issue. In fact, I don’t have time to write all problems I have had, nor the poor service I received. STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY. this company is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I wish I had read there BAD REVIEWS on here six months ago. I’m STILL WAITING for the City of Fort Lauderdale to approve there work. NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANY OTHER COMPANY. We actually went through Home Depot and this is the company they use so please make sure if you go through Home Depot you verify that they WON’T BE USING THIS COMPANY.

Disappointed for both Costco and Solar bear, but the technicians are really nice. May conduct business in the future.

Purchased Lennox Elite through Costco with out financing. Unit installed in 2014, then the service calls “helped” me making friends with their technicians. First service call was within 1 week of installation, second was within 1 month, third one was right about one year, then I called them every summer.

Till last nigh, my blower gave up, I call them for emergency service, and the technician informed me a 160 fee will be charged beside any other fees, and he recommended to do the service the next day to save me some money. Then, I called at 8am, service department was in meeting, called at 9:30, was able to have an appointment at 11:00-1:00, which no one has showed up. Next call at 2pm, I was informed due to severe rainfall, no one was able to come till 3:40pm. Finically, a technician, who lives 40+ miles away, came to save my life. While I’m writing this review, my technician is still on the way to take another motor for me during the rush hour.
