Do not hire this company!! I was overcharged by $80 almost 5 moths ago some chafing dishes never used. . Very irresponsible and I’m still waiting for a $80 credit.

Never use this company everrrrrrrrr!!! Very unprofessional. When called to see where they were the owner informed me that they were running behind because they booked to many parties, called again and stated that they were 1 hour away. Showed up to my son party 1 hour before the event was ending. Thankfully I only put a deposit down , and the kids were able to enjoy one ride out of three. Total disappointment , I repeat NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

2 stars because the kids actually got to enjoy some of it but the bounce house came in dirty with food stains and dry gum every where….we called to inform them hours before the party actually started and said they will send someone to clean it…they never came…they also charged us double tax bc we made 2 separate payments, despite the contract not stating such….rock climbing machine was not proprely functioning and once they took it they left engine oil all over the pavement…they also took everything a little earlier than they should have…completely unprofessional. ..Never again..

This is the most pathetic company to do business with. Reserved and ordered a bouncy house and rock wall climbing for a party last night. Called twice and spoke to them and they confirmed everything is good to go not to worry. hour before party I called again and was told driver is on the way. called again at 630 when kids started to show up. They then told me I never ordered anything and that my reservation was cancelled. ( Big Lie) I just spoke to them at 5:30 and was told they are on the way. Then I was told they can not come because there is traffic , so the driver wont come. Then the office just put me to voice mail. Finally today in the morning office picks up and tells me “How did I screw you, we never charged you” and then hung up on my face. This review is as real as it gets. Stay away from this company no matter how cheap they are.
