As of their new update in 8/2019, they removed the access to be able to contribute biweekly payments to your loans without any notification!

After many many years, this institution has deteriorated radically. Looking for new options, this place now stinks and thy nickle and dime you for everything and only pay o.o8% on savings. Do the math.Their quarterly profits are skyrocketing while taking your precious hard earned money.

Not a good experience in this branch. Teller was lost and he was rude. Then he called the manager and she made it seem like he was ok but she was going to make an a exemption to my request. Not to accept tha the teller was completely wrong. I rather go to Hialeah branches where I always find experience and professionalism.
