Very welcoming and friendly staff (from the front desk to house keeping and anyone in between). Conveniently located right off one of the major arteries in Miami and minutes away from the airport.
Lobby/dining area was clean. breakfast had it’s typical spread, maybe a bit more. Also had a full bar with music and guests appeared to have a great time during their stay. My stay was smooth and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the high level of comfort that bed was!
I’d stay again.

When we arrived off the cruise ship we where hours ahead of check in. Patricia was helpful in providing a room for us right away. She was also happy to help with all other questions and needs to accommodate our family. Thank you!!

It was under some renovations. The room layout was great, the carpet through out the entire hotel needed changing. Overall was not too bad just could use renovating. The driver was nice. Great views of the lake.

I don’t think this place should even get a 1-star. We did not even stay here for the night because our room (506) had ants all over the sink and in the bathroom. When we asked for another room the front desk lady was extremely rude (as if I interrupting her night) and told us they were sold out…so we just asked for a refund. She informed us with an attitude that they only put a hold on our card and that we didn’t not get charged. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to hire new front desk staff, with friendlier attitudes and better customer service!!!!!!

So far, it really nice. The staff on Saturday morning was very helpful and got us checked in early after our cruise. The room is nice and spacious. At this time, we only spent 30 minutes in the room before we went running around. Our 3 floor room (314) has a nice view of the lake. The bed is incredibly comfortable; it’s plush and firm at the same time. My wife thought the room smelled damp. It’s Florida, it’s humid, so I get it… we left the AC at 67 & by the time we came back the room, the damp smell was gone. The only negative was the hotel shuttle to the airport. We were told it would start running at 5am. At 535, no shuttle. Spoke with the morning desk clerk who really didn’t seem like he cared. At 545, we took an Uber. Good hotel if you don’t have to rely on their shuttle.
