Starbucks

Not sure what has happened in the past few days, but the change in management is absolutely awful. A working nurse arriving at 6:30 for coffee shouldn’t be kicked out of the line 3 days in a row at 6:50. I’m not sure how the supervisor Cynthia operates; but if your closing times are 7 PM, then you should close at 7. Not 6:50 3 days in a row. Once it gets to 6:30 they start to PURPOSELY work slow (leaving huge gaps between the cars) so that they don’t have to complete orders they can just send everyone home. Again waiting 30 minutes to be sent home 10 minutes before you close is not acceptable. Then when you get your coffee, you gotta hope it’s one of the veterans because half the time it isn’t made appropriately. It’s sad to say, but it’s time to find a new Starbucks.. this one falls very short. Also where is William ? Does he even work here anymore ?

Excellent and fast service …… I always come to this place to buy my ice coffe and my lemon cake and people who work there are amazing

I give the STARBUCKS located at 583 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012 FIVE STARS. Nice location and a good team of BARISTAS. In fact, I’ve never seen so many working at the same time. 8) A nice indoor and outdoor seating is available here, -)5️⃣ ⭐S.

One of my favorite Starbucks! I’m delighted to be here often and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. It’s always great to see Baristas: Iñaki, Kevin, William, Ralph, and Jean, their always helpful and amicable. Thank you, everyone, who works at this Starbucks you always brighten up my day. Best Starbucks in Miami, FL!
