By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to..and I’m a regular. They greet you at the drive through with ‘hello’ ‘yes’…almost annoyed you are even there …no good morning, no welcome, nothing…
They get my order wrong every. single. time. (It’s a coffee with cream and sugar).
It takes FOREVER!!!! Every time…and there will only be a line of 2 cars and it will easily take 20 mins each time. I often have to leave without getting my coffee, so I won’t be late for work.
At the window, the cashier NEVER knows how to ring me up.
I don’t know what’s going on here…but it’s terrible!!!!

I used to go everyday to this Starbucks. One day I asked for sugar free mocha and I found out later that they never had sugar free mocha syrup.
Then today I wanted a white mocha extra shot almond milk but they gave me brewed coffee.
I go back to change it for the right one, so I asked again but this time because it was close to lunch, I asked for a chicken and double bacon panini but the gave me some Italian kind sandwich! I’m done with Starbucks. Buying a Keurig today. Bye bye… no mas !

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of this Starbucks location
Great store location during the week and even better in the weekend.
This store in particular, tends to attracts really bad leadership. Based on my experience in the last 4 years, the members of this store that seem to be in charge are VERY DISRESPECT-FULL towards other team members which I have noticed thorough the years in coming to this store location. The cashier that took my order was simply an ass! No manners and no talent for dealing with the public.
Work environment cultures are created by their leadership. I am a fan of Starbucks, and this store does not reflect my overall experience with this brand. The problem with customer service and attitude here is pure BAD leadership!
A retail store that is truly interested in their customer experiences put their email on their cards. The store manager’s business card just lists a telephone number. Really!!! Who the hell is interested in talking with him. Just have an email, so opinions can be recorded.
-Cappuccino with Coconut Milk. (Looks more like a wet Cappuccino/Latte). But it did taste good!
Work on leadership so you can have genuine happy team members.
