Had 4 phones over the years, zero issues until May 9th. I went on the Straight Talk App to update my Auto Enroll credit card information and it took a full months payment 2 weeks early on my Sons phone. I used the online contact and after an hour was given a phone number in regard to the early payment…out of Country. Let’s just say, after 2 hours, and 5 people, no one could refund my money, nor change my Sons auto payment date back to what it should have been. They wouldn’t even add back the lost 14 days of paid for service he had left on his phone. Basically was told (in broken English) they were sorry but it was my fault for updating my CC info on their App when I should have called them instead. I’ve read, searched, etc, and can not find anywhere that says I must call them to change/update CC auto enroll payment….I will be leaving them after this 1 incident, the terrible customer service and be notifying the B.B.B. Buyer Beware! I think they are an India based company and do not care about customer service.

WORST DATA SPEEDS!!! CANT STREAM VIDEO OR AUDIO EXCEPT BETWEEN 12AM AND 4AM. BUFFERS THE ENTIRE REST OF THE DAY. FALSE ADVERTISING. SAID ON 55 DOLLAR PLAN VIDEO USUALLY STREAM AT DVD QUALITY WHEN IN REALITY VIDEO DEOSNT STREAM AT ALL. CANT RETURN PHONE IF POSSES MORE THAN 7 DAYS. CANT RETURN SERVICE UNLESS SPOKEN LESS THAN 25 MINS AND USED LESS THAN 25 MB OF DATA…. THE INTERNAL APPS LITERALLY MAKE THAT INVALID ON THEIR OWN. GET METRO PCS OR ANYONE ELSE AND IM SURE IT WILL BE BETTER. MORE CHINESE JUNK FROM WALMART

Italkwireless is the best cell repair store in Miami! I’ve had many devices fixed there over the last 1.5 years! The guy there can fix basically any device. Really nice people who really know their stuff.

I would like to start off by saying that I originally was satisfied with their service. However, the phone options were less than desirable, down right worthless in regards to the phone I purchased. After a couple months when my phone with 32 GB card purchase was rendered useless, I opted to switch providers but keep my same number. I called Straight Talk to verify that they were aware of the upcoming change and that my automatic payments would cease. I was assured that it had already been taken care of. That was weeks ago. Today I saw that they charged me for their service, I am not using. I contacted them and was sent through the customer service wringer and hand offs. The first 4 contacts verified my story and was transferring me to process my refund which I have in a chat transcript. The last individual I encountered however was the rudest, dishonest, and most unprofessional rep I have had the displeasure dealing with. He denied that any charges had been made ( they are on my statements), denied that they had EVER billed my account (again on my banking statement) , said I approved for another phone to be billed to my account (couldn’t give me proof of confirmation or phone number), said he was the manager and there was no one higher than him to speak to, and then told me to dispute the charges with my bank if I wanted any money back. Enough said.
