Sunglass Hut at Macy’s

The sales associate was not as I expected to be and the made me wait twice cause they were going back and forth with another client

I was so happy that Carlos and Cassandra help me yesterday at Macys to buy my glasses they were very professional, they new their products and the most important they both have great actitud and respect towards me and the costumers that were there at the time. The company should hire more people like them with great costumer skills , to me push them up to managment 😉

Just wanted to let you know how unfortunate it is that a company such as Sunglass HUT has become synonym with lack of Customer Service and a detriment to a pleasant shopping experience. As a company your lack of care when hiring the people that represent you its actually showing and currently heading to Sunglass HUT to get a pair of Sunglasses is as stressful as heading to a low class Flea Market. Its truly a shame. I have purchased many Glasses from you in the past and I stopped by the your store at this location 1777 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012 on Friday. Wow… Kind of wish I never had. My favorite Raybans had lost a screw and I was advised to take it to a store and it would be fixed. This would most likely be true if this company care at all form their customers, however now we know you don’t. I was advised by the sales person that it would take 5 minutes, only to find out that after 40 minutes and 3 trips back to the stand that she had not fixed them.

I have to tell you it is not that it wasn’t fixed… To ne this is a simple issue to resolve by not ever going back to one of your stores and I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the lack of respect towards any person from your company that makes you wait around for 40 minutes on something that in reality you wont fix.

This simply show the caliber of your company and I just don’t shop at places like this. I did want to take the time to let you know, so that next time you are wondering why your sales are so low then at least you know exactly all the things you have failed on.

I purchased a pair of Vogues they told me they were polarized. The lady was Gona help me in the beginning but was not very patient with me choosing a pair due to me having a round face I am rather picky. Either way 4 days later I come back to make an exchange for same brand only polarized and they only have 2 girls working and have me standing in a line for over 30 minutes making me wait until they finish their sales customers before they can make a simple exchange which in reality I’ll have to pay difference bc polarized version is more expensive so I am considered a sale too. Bad customer service . Go to the sun glasses hut in dolphin mall not this one!
