The Cleaning Authority – Miami

I cannot say enough good words for this company. They are successful because they know how to run a business. I have had them for several years and NEVER have had any problems. Their workers are well trained, friendly and professional. They come in on time and do their job and do a great job.
THEY ARE THE BEST!

This is the worst cleaning service that I have ever used. The cleaning crew only does basic superficial cleaning, and reorganizes your display items to make it look as if they’ve thoroughly cleaned.

Likewise, they can’t follow the most basic directions; such as “please don’t close the door to the room that my cat uses to access her food, water and litter box”. This was the exact directions left for the cleaning crew and the business manager (with additional notes posted in Spanish) before leaving for a recent, short trip. Needless to say, I dropped this unprofessional cleaning service immediately after returning home.

Maria and Patricia did an amazing job to clean 2 apartments after we moved out. Friendly, professional and on time, with attention to details. The bath rooms looked fabulous after their magic. Highly recommended!

Great services! I decided to check this business out after reading so many great reviews. I’m glad I did! They were very responsive and helpful. I was very happy with the service provided also. They were life savers since I have dogs at home. I’m not sure what they did but my house doesn’t smell like dogs anymore which is amazing. Definitely recommend!
