Paco Carrasco, gran profesional, ha marcado una gran diferencia en el Mercado Americano, recorriéndose casi todos los Estados, dejando a España, Al corte del Jamon y al JAMÓN IBÉRICO DE BELLOTA de muchas Marcas comerciales en lo Más Alto que se merece. Muy pocas personas Aman como el Ama su oficio, es un libro abierto de sabiduría y conocimiento sobre el Jamón.
