VERY bad management 🤦🏿‍♀️😡 we rent a appartement online and when we get there they change our apartment number and put us in the apartment that one room doesn’t have a window. We wanted to change but they said no of course the knew that we don’t have a choice at that moment. Few weeks after we noticed a lot of noise when we slept of course they put us just beside the play room 🤬 we were so chock and the manager said there is nothing that she can do and my husband tried to understand why and the day before we received the notice said that we came to their office and making noise. I was trying to understand why people that suppose to give you answer wanted to maltreatment you🤬. It is not possible to describe a bad experience that we got there. Please don’t go there to give yourself headache. With this appartement I had the bad experience ever. I can’t recommended this place. Save your time money and your health please don’t go there. BAD PLACE EVER!!!!!!

Don’t🛑🛑🛑By far the worst experience in renting an apartment ever.

Starting with the management.

Needless to say they don’t care about the tenets right to know the hidden rules. Every issue brought to Nashly she is unable to resolve…not sure how or why she is a manager (it may be that she is always the only manager there), week 1 she lost my inspection paperwork and recently returned my rent payment.

During times of COVID, I try to make sure all bills are paid as usual because some are not able to pay. You would think they would continue to accept payments (cashiers check the way I’ve always paid,no change)Not this place.

I knocked on the office door Nashly came to the door, I slid the payment under the door to make sure it was received and she picked it up. (Very safe, no door open, no contact). A week later I get the check returned to me in the mail.

This management is by far the worst. I’m sure they will want some government bail out money and try to justify it by saying tenets didn’t pay rent. Sad 😞

Another chance for management to step up Is when I parked downstairs in a non marked slot to go up to my apartment and get something, and my car was booted, with the registered parking sticker on it…the boot guy said he would remove it at no fee if authorized to do so by the management.

He stated that although the Manager (Nashly) told him its a rule not posted or given to the tenets (and refused to give him a copy to share with me) he should enforce that a tenet is not allowed to park in any unmarked spot even if registered with the apartment building, for any length of time. At his suggestion I went to speak to Nashly about seeing this rule and she told me it was NOT for the tenets it was an in-house rule for the office and booting company. I ask her how tenets are suppose to know and avoid violation if the rule is not shared with them. She just looked at me got upset and said it’s all told to you when you rent the apartment.

Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else…look at the reviews…I didn’t.

I have lived here approximately 5 months. Management is amazing. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. The amenities are top notch. I would recommend this property to everyone.

It took 44 days for the return of my security deposit. The Related Group built this property and the lack of sound proofing between the units in the especially in the master bedrooms resulted in the 1 star. The manager and assistant manager are VERY nice.

Most all of the lights and all fob readers are working great. I highly recommend the corner 2br den units as they are the quietest and biggest and come with 2 parking spaces. The manager and assistant manager are very nice people and approachable.

Many of the lights around the building and doorways are not working as well as many doors have nonfunctional fob readers and are accessible to anyone. Management hasnt notified anyone about the repairs which are pending and when they should be compete.

Update 1/25/2018
It’s been a couple months Since I wrote the review below. Today we received a notice from Miami Dade County, stating (see pictures of door notice) that the water for the entire building will be turned off for nonpayment today at 7:30 am. I’m sure they have received several notices about their delinquency before it came to this.

Do NOT lease here.

In Recent months ther have been loud parties by the pool, some until 3:00 a.m. or until the police made them leave . The property managers response was to call the police, as their courtesy officer walks through at 10:00 p.m. and apparently does nothing.
Now with City Place open the street in front of the building is a noisy in the evenings with loud exhausts, music from cars passing by and barking dogs.

The new management company has been doing a great job so far. Unfortunately there was a hurricane Just weeks after they purchased the building as well as most of the staff from the previous management company left for one of their other properties.
The grounds are well maintained and the inside of the building is much cleaner than with TRG. Yes, the water pressure isn’t the best at times. We could hear everything said from the adjacent units on both sides, but relocated ($500 fee) elsewhere in the building where that is no longer an issue. The Related Group Manager told me she had never gotten a complaint about that and she couldn’t hear her neighbors.
There are a lot of really nice people living here and (some with attitude as well). Its central to everything except of course the beach and Fort Lauderdale .

I have been living at The Manor City Place Doral for the last 2 1/2 years. I have seen it all people. The great and the not so great. So here it is the amenities and activities are really awesome. The staff is very respectful and kind. Best of all its a very safe place to live. You need a special FOB to get in to every amenity. The building always smells amazing and its super clean. I have had issues with 3 different things over the course of two years. My bathroom sink took 5 days for someone to come up and fix it and it was fixed the same day. Closet door came out, this took 1 day. During a storm the gates wouldn’t open so I was late to work. Outside of that, thats all folks. It practically like living in a hotel. There is no place like home.
