They always try to charge something extra, at least 2 or 3 dollars for a box or print or anything. Even when you return something without cost to Amazon for example, they charge something extra. As nickel-and-dime opportunism

I was returnining a box to the original manufacturer, in the original manufacturer package. The guy insisted in selling me a new box claiming that the product could be damged… 😐. I told him absolutely not. The item was well protected. Apparently he didn’t like this and gave me an attitude. Zero customer service skills.

Management: There are 10 different choices for delivering packages. And with the situation we are all in right now i’m pretty there will be 10 more in a year. Don’t let incompetent employees ruin your company and make you “that type of company”.

This store offers very good customer service. My husband and I have been going there for several years. Never had any issue.

I had no problem. They were helping other customers, but as soon as I walked in, a young lady called me, I had a ready-to ship package. She processed it fast, got my receipt and I was out of the store, I would say in less than a minute.

I’ve been to the store twice in one month and both time I wasted my time going there. 1st time, I went to send a package with my own account and they told si could not do it with my own account. I had to take the package to the main station on NW 25 St.
2nd time (today) I went to send a package via ground to a family member in FL. They told me that I could do it, but I had to BUY a non UPS envelop to send the package. I asked to use a UPS brand ground envelop and she told me they don’t carry them in the stores. Simply and clearly they are forcing customers to spend more money and not focused in Customer Service.
I will not return.
