Horrible waiting!
I came in and no one was here except me. People where smoking outside doing nothing and my problem was only to change a tire. Just one tire. An hour and a half later and I had to insist to them to finish their work and charge me. That job only takes 10 minutes. Never going back to this place.

I had a flat tire while driving, checked the GPS for nearby tire shops and this was the closest one and was closing at 4pm. I called them to ask for availability and price and let them know I was on my way there. When I got there (5 minutes later, exactly 3:20pm) this two “specialists” inside the working area where leaning against a car chatting (doing nothing) and one of them was SMOKING (yes, surrounded by fluids and open hoods). I asked them where to park the car and one of them told me EXACTLY this: Sorry, but is late, whe are busy, you’ve got to come back tomorrow. I told him that was an emergency, I got a flat, and he just told me: Go somewhere else, there’s a Goodyear store nearby that closes late… They didn’t even offered me air to keep on moving. I got out of there and called by phone again. The guy that I’ve spoken to told me “I’m sorry to hear that our team couldn’t help you, is anything else We can do for you???”. Is unbelievable how that employees don’t care about costumers, and a task as simple as a flat fix (a patch takes about 15 minutes or less to get done) is too much for someone that I’m sure is being paid OVERTIME on a Sunday for do their jobs.

The best of the best! I’ve been to a lot of tire shops across miami! And never have I seen such great crew! Jorge blanco helped me from start to finish! Thank you! Super attentive and professional! If your by the area stop by and get your car checked with him!

I give 3 stars because 5 would have to BE AMAZING! They were very professional and sweet,, but I did feel I was taken for an extra 2 hours on labor. Not sure how they calculate labor, but 4 hours work was stated on receipt, 2 of those hours were spent waiting for ordered part and was charged 300 bucks labor. Just how I feel

Friendly and fast service! Passing through from Georgia when our camper tire blew. They were able to get the tire we needed within an hour and mount it! Thanks guys! Off to Key West we go!
