HORRIBLE service! The customer service at this store is beyond the worst I’ve ever seen. The employees are usually serious and don’t show interest in assisting clients. I have tried coming here on several occasions to see if maybe the staff changes and even spoken to the manager at times to address the issue as every time I walk in the employees just stand there with no interest and/or even a smile to welcome a client, but it doesn’t seem to change. Very sad considering they have beautiful accessories, but they lack professionalism to the max! Trying Dadeland moving forward.

This store is the worst, since November I bought several items and when they take the phone that is almost never, they just say they have nothing, the customer service is terrible, they do not give an explanation and apparently they do not intend to give me what I already paid two months behind

Since.that place changes .mánager its not the same. They are rude with customer at least with me the times that i have been there.. .
There produtcs are super nice, delicated , really like them.

but customer service is a 0.

The Store at international Mall, worst and poor costumer service, not greetings at all. Do not recommend

The staff are always very helpful and in tune with what you are looking for, in case you’re not sure about what you want. Every time I’ve been here, they make me feel at ease with my purchases, very friendly service with a smile definitely recommend them.
