Turbo Pro Tires 1

I went on Sept 19 2017 looking to replace my car tires. When I got out after the service was done, the car lost the alignment on my way home. I called back and they told me to come next day Sept 20 2017. I came and the service was not done because the machine was not aligning as it should be and I was asked to come back again on Sept 21 2017. My fiancé called ahead of time to make sure this time the machine was working but for our surprise, Ale, the owner said he wouldn’t fix it because I wrote a review. Also he commented that it did not matter because he will be closing the company to reopen it with another name. Hope next time he has everything he needs to run an extremely great company. My question is: Why would you offer a service if you do not have the correct equipment to do so?

Great customer service and pricing, wish they had the specific tires I wanted in stock but they told me next time to call ahead so they can have them on hand for me! Would recommend to friends that don’t want to spent $1000 or more on tires!

This place sucks!!! Make sure you don’t come here!!! If you’ve gotten a flat tire keep on riding to the next place, because these guys are a bunch of thieves that will take full advantage of you as a customer. Not to mention their service sucks, they sold me a defected tire with two bubbles on the sidewall. STAY AWAY
