Never fly with Turkish Airlines. They took my money right away then cancelled confirmed flight. I called call center and after 69 minutes somebody answers with broken English and they refund money in 60 DAYS to my credit card you hear 60 Days. This company is scam. This is my worst experience in international flight. Think twice when you book with this crook company. i wish I had 0 star to put in my review. Very disappointed.

Worst airlines customer services. They did not let me cancel my flight over the phone or online and asked me to go to the Miami airport office to do it, so I just drove all the way there A MONTH AGO and got a refund request e-mailed to me, believing my request has been processed. After trying to reach out by phone and email for 30 DAYS with NO REPLY regarding the status of my refund, I get to talk to a representative who told me that My Request Has Not Been Processed Yet, at a time that I was told I will get my money back within a week. They actually asked me to go online now and re submit a refund request, so other than making me go all the way there, they never replied back, and after a whole month my request was never processed. I travel very frequently and I have never had such a bad experience with any airlines!! Worst experience ever, at this point I don’t even know if I will get my money back!

They will not give us our refund in dollars even though our flight was cancelled. We purchased our flight with dollars and from usa, they offered us Lira. The phone quality is super poor when we call to resolve the issue, unable to hear half of the conversation and so far we have tried 11 times and it keeps disconnecting.

About a week after we purchased our tickets
we received a communication from the airline saying they had to change the date on a connecting flight so we were forced to change our connecting flight, now they are claiming because of that they can only pay us in Lira.

Sales offices are not responding to our calls and emails. I would have been better off purchasing from a third party. I purchased directly from website and this is what I get. Horrible service horrible. Never again

Missing items from my checked in luggage because they opened my bag and didn’t close it. I gave it to them completely closed and received it back half open. Lost very important documents and items. Wouldn’t be surprised if they took it on purpose to collect information on US citizen. Be safe and use a trusted airline!
