Josh and team packed up my house moving all with great efficiency. They worked hard saving me time and money. The 4 guys were also just nice people! My 3rd time using & highly recommend!

This will start off well and then you’ll see why I’m giving 1 star… I would give zero stars if I could. I used Two Marines to help me unpack our house while my husband was deployed in 2016 and they were amazing. So it was a no brainer to use them when we needed to move quickly on some last minute orders less than a year later, right? Wrong. We were moving to South Korea for a year but had to leave three months earlier than expected, so the vast majority of our possessions were going into PODS for over a year. The moving team made it very clear they wouldn’t be liable for any damage to our property as a result (fair enough), and they all knew our situation. Being veterans themselves, and considering we treat movers very well (buy them meals while they work, etc.), I would have expected them to have at least SOME integrity. ***BUT*** here I am over a year later unpacking our home, only to discover how atrociously these people behaved when they faced no accountability for their work. Sure, some damage was obviously due to the PODS being jostled. But that had nothing to do with what we did (or didn’t) find in our boxes. Lamps were placed in boxes with no protective wrapping; a handmade wire basket was literally folded in half and shoved into a box, as well as the floral decor that was inside; and worst of all we are missing a complete box. The house was completely empty when we left, and there was no reason for the missing box to have ever touched their vehicle (since they weren’t transporting anything)…. so where is our food processor, popcorn maker, and who knows what else? You can draw your own conclusions. Yes, these are all just possessions. Things we can replace. But when you move as often as we do, those things become a part of how you make an empty house into a home. Cooking is one of the important ways we settle into a house as a family— once the kitchen is unpacked enough for us to share a home cooked meal, everything just starts to feel like it belongs again. And that food processor was a part of that process— to make sauces and pie crusts and homemade peanut butter. Another way we settle in as a family is movie night, but I guess we will settle for microwave popcorn for now. We lived in a state of complete limbo for a year and a half (7 months of which we spent apart), so the prospect of finally being able to call a place home again was extremely meaningful. That feeling has been marred by the experience of uncovering how disrespectful and possibly dishonest people can be. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy, and if you do use them, be sure to watch them like a hawk.

Packing and moving Services were excellent as they helped my Mom moved out of her large house in Kendall to my home in Parkland Fl. Kevin (Estimator/Sales Rep) came to her house in January and was punctual and on time for appointment and provided a written and professional quote. His movers (Veterans) showed up on time and this a mover you can rely on! Highly recommend!

From our very first contact with Two Marines Moving to move out day the service was prompt, courtesy and attentive. The follow up and communication were on point. On moving day the gentlemen that came to the house were punctual, efficient and most of all, careful with our belongings. They truly anticipated our needs and made what was a very stressful move, well, less stressful. It was like watching a well-oiled machine hard at work. I felt at ease knowing that the team had it all under control. Two Marines Moving was recommended to us, and we will in return always recommend them to others.

I’ve moved twice using Two Marines Moving and both times have been fantastic. The guys were timely, proficient and had great attitudes. Our team leaders were particularly great at explaining the terms in a clear manner. I greatly appreciate how Two Marines Moving is so upfront about what the costs are and there are no surprises with billing. I would recommend to anyone using Two Marines Moving for their moves! Thank you so much!!
