**** BEWARE OF SCAM*****
They dont return the Security Deposit. I crossed 14 days they promise and went to rental location. They told it will be processed but didnt
I called them, they were added another 10 days and disconnected the call, without allowing me to speak.

If I could put NEGATIVE stars, I would. One star is being far too kind

Allow me to begin telling you that i have had such a terrible experience & I blame both Expedia & U-Save.

I was expected to pick up a Mini Van today at 12:00pm, and as per the the terms of the online reservation I made via Expedia, my vehicle would include UNLIMITED mileage and the estimated cost was to be $229 and the email specifically stated that this was amount due at pick up; needless to say, that was not the case when I got there. Between the $229 + deposit fee for trying to use a debit card + insurance (which I purchased from Expedia for $60 pending a refund!) + ADDITIONAL $10 per day for unlimited miles, it was going to be easily $900. You have officially lost your mind if you think that because I’m a florida resident, trying to use a rental to take my family to Orlando, Florida i would have to spend nearly $1000 in renting a vehicle.
You’re targeting Florida residents, you’re misleading people by falsely advertising and you’re trying basically cheat people into having to spend this money.
Expedia should feel embarrassed to provide this type of service alongside U-save. If you would just clearly state the terms and conditions versus having them hidden in some sort of “fine print”, I wouldn’t have nearly had to cancel my trip and go on a two hour mission to find a car rental. I have every intention in making sure my complaint is list on websites for the sake of avoiding anyone having to go through such a nightmare when I took every precaution to ensure that we would have everything ready to go on our trip.
