I was in a dire need to change insurance policies and I was beyond exhausting being stuck in the Del Toro trap of impersonal service. I’ve been Mario personally for over 2 decades, I trust him and felt that what I had as coverage wasn’t making much sense. I reached out to him yesterday during one of the spots I had open between meeting with parents. He understood my needs and concerns about the current policy that was sprung on me in a real low moment in life. Mario reviewed all my options, while educating me on what these terms meant. No ‘agent’ has ever explained to me before or have even bothered looking over for errors. Here is when he found a huge error the current policy, informed me on certain steps and measures that needed to be done which lead me to an amazing company paying the same, but with better coverage and Roadside assist.
