Urgent Care | Baptist Health

I was expecting, like in all other urgent care centers, to be waiting for a million hours. NOT THE CASE. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Everyone was smiling and helpful. Oh and the nurse and doctor were very sweet, informative, and best of all, did not seem to be in a rush. I was actually asked “Are there any other questions you may have?” Which doesn’t happen everywhere. 5 stars.

Excellent care. They have a ‘Save My Spot’ option online which is helpful to better anticipate wait times. I had a better experience here than at my Primary Care and most definitely better than at a hospital. From the greeting to triage nurse from being seen, you can tell you’re going to be taken care of. Very good patient care and communication and check-in and check-out process. I was impressed and it made me only want this kind of medical care. I will return for urgent care needs.

Was here last night, I was really surprised how clean and fast and professional they are. Not to be rude but it’s hard to find that in Miami! This reminded me of where I used to live in Dallas. The bathrooms were spotless! I couldn’t get over that part.

Excellent customer service and outstanding care. I was pleased with the medical care I received. The registration staff was polite and courteous. The medical team was on a ready…set …go mode! Pleasant experience, friendly & attentive staff. Very clean, I found ample parking outside after midday. I waited only 10 minutes after paperwork submission. Paperwork process was simple and short.
