Urology Center-South Florida

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The staff there are rude and refuse to help when you ask them questions. They have a policy they make you sign where that if you cancel a procedure within a 48 hour period, they charge you $100. That’s understandable but they refuse to give me my out of pocket cost until the day before, thus not giving me the opportunity to cancel without the penalty. The doctor I spoke to was nice but the staff are useless and rude.

Caring and professional staff, great doctors

All my insurance paperwork was sent in advance to his office but his assitant, Charlene lost it.
When I got there they made me paid 270$ in advance since they did not have any insurance authorization.

Then They asked me to pee in alreally rude manners and I could not and the assistant laugh at me and the doctor was OK with that. I ask him to ask her for an apology and he denied to ask her. She was absolutely rude.

Finally they found the authorization but they did not apologize for losing my “private paperwork”.

Problably he is a good doctor but he is surrounded by a bunch of rude assisstants
