Excellent service. I arrived at 9:07 am without appointment and I left 9:45am with all documents ready. The security guard very kind and helpful as the person who call you in the window.
If don’t bring a money order you just fill out a credit card authorization.

I have been here several times. The staff either by phone or in person is polite and helpful. The do return phone calls and respond to emails promptly. Excellent organization. Make sure your papers for the pet are correct before presentation at the window.

The security officer is the entire reason why the place runs so smoothly. He is extremely professional and pays attention to detail. Great experience..

No pets allowed inside. It was a semi-fast process. I came in, filled out a credit card form, dropped off the certificate and picked up the form the next day. You can also wait there for stamp but may take a while. The stamp to validate and endorse the health certificate was $38.
