Bought a Mazda 3 just so that the next day I had to get new tires since the ones that it had were severely damaged. The ad said that the car had new tires, lies. The ad also said the transmission was good as well as the engine. Two weeks later the check engine light is on and since the second day the transmission does not change shifts. Went and told them about the problems the car had and the didn’t do anything about it. I was lied to. I have just filed a formal complaint Affidavit to the Miami Dade motorist division, full of receipts, video of the car and evidence of the ad. It was falsely advertised.

Who ever goes to Vic motors to buy a used car bewere alert they sold me a car Nissan 350z and rigged the transmission and reset computer so that the transmission would look ok and it blew on me on the fourth day
When I went and told them what happened they laughed in my face and said you bought it as is no refunds and no we will not return the car and we will not fix the transmission car is still under the dealer name have not signed the title over to me or transfered it these people are crooks
