Very unhappy, I purchased a visa to visit Cuba in May 2019 & Still Have Not Received it !!! They took my $200.00 real quickly, but every time I call or visit it’s a different story. I need the Visa & can’t understand why it’s taking so long !!! Not Happy at All !!!

Horrible Experience. Never send a package with them. My family never received the package that I send more than a month ago. I ‘ve been waiting for my refund since then and every time I call they said that they do not have the check yet.
