Very kind and personable intake facilitator!! Clean environment. Took my cats for neutering, and the whole process was fast and comforting. Great place for TNR. Not a chop shop like MDAS can be at times. I highly recommend this clinic!!

I am not a person to leave any kind of comment or recommendation, but this time I must do it. I feel obliged to warn people about the bad service of this clinic.

I got there for recommendation of another veterinarian who told me that there I could do an ultrasound to my cat. The bill amounted to $1500 I take my cat with an apparent kidney problem, but he was perfect, was eating, he was playing as a normal cat, he had courage and did not seem sick at all, more than a blood tests results that said that something was happening and my cat now is struggling to live.

I deal with the woman who calls herself a doctor… Olga is her name, was very bad, she never gave me her face, the first phone call with her was terrible, my cat was anesthetized to do an ultrasound, she said it was normal … 2 days it took the cat to recover, her nails were mutilated and she thought that was normal.

I was more than 72 hours waiting for the results, when they sent them, Olga told me that I should do a biopsy to the cat, because she was thinking that he has cancer, something that it wasn’t in any result… knowing that there was no sign of mass or foreign body in the kidney, when I said that to her, she came out with a rudeness and even hung up the phone.

Very bad service, they should close them.

Also I should mention that they have a cat that is from the hospital he lives there and they have him all day locked in a cage crying non-stop.

If you have a pet don’t take it there, is the worst place ever.

If I could give this place -1 or zero stars I would give.As long as we live in Doral, this clinic was the best location for us.We have been with them for two years,so I know what I am talking about.Relatively not new place, with hours of waiting time and poor service. The time of operation is not the same that is listed here at Google.
We had an issue with them in the past,my dog has some questionable condition that required xrays, after that I haven’t heard from this place at all, trying to call and getting explanation from the doctor, what we should do,and what is going on.
I have them second chance, and decided that mistakes can happen and miscommunication can take place. No problem.
But the worst is that my dog,has been spayed there in January 2019,she got infection, and after three days we had to run to the emergency to another Doral hospital, spending another 300$ and then getting positive bacterial results.Dr.Olga is inattentive ,not caring and Unpleasant person to deal with.
After we went to the New hospital recommended by a friend in Davie(believe it or not way there and back altogether with a visit takes me less time then a waiting time in the office of Veterinary associates),my dog been treated again, and today another 100$ to clean the edges of an incision and putting two more new stitches.Total 1000$ and nerves spent because of totally unprofessional work of this doctor. And the most infuriating aspect is,when I called them,I asked only one thing, that I want all my paperwork to be taken, and that I no longer their client.Poor front desk girl had to listen to what I say,and only two days after, Dr.Olga decided she has time to call back. Since operation she didn’t even bother to call and ask how is her patient doing. DONT Waste your time and money there and don’t believe a word she say. When you need the most assistance and support, you will be left alone with your problem and sick animal. They don’t care of anything.

Dr. Olga is amazing and kind, plus the place is very clean! I noticed my dog wasn’t feeling good, he wasn’t eating his food and was in a weird position like if his stomach was hurting so I knew something wasn’t right since he’s a very active dog. Took him here because my last vet was all about the money but that’s a different story.. Anyway, she was very informative and understanding and knew exactly what was wrong with him. She prescribed my dog a few things for the week; about 2 hours later he was back to normal and playing with his ball. Thank you! I’ll be coming back 😁

No one has answered the phone. I came all the way over here because they are supposed to be open. I got here a few minutes before noon and the door was locked with the open sign displayed. I rang the doorbell like the door says, no answer. Saw their lunch hour is from 12-1. Ok no problem I’ll come back. Came back to find it is closed and the sign no says they will be back at 9 AM!! What is going on with this place?
