I have been coming to this bakery for a very long time. I dont know if there is a new baker. Requested silver cake standand they gave me gold. Too expensive for the quality. This was the worst cake ever. When we cut the cake we noticed it was burned. Very disappointed never again.

This is an obvious place every morning, thank you to the great staff. Margara, Miriam and the other girls are a great welcoming every morning. Everytime they are prepare to suggest and prepare the best of the food.

I have been going to this bakery for decades! But wow. Service has changed. There is no customer service. No friendly welcome. The lady at the register is beyond rude. The food isn’t the same quality. Too many GOOD bakeries in Miami to deal with this. I’m disappointed beyond belief. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

It’s not the best bakery in Hialeah. They tend to fluff up the pastries with the dough so it looks like you’re getting a large pastry but in fact it has very little of the filling (applies to all pastries). Also the service isn’t the best they are interested in making money not pleasing the customer.
