Vossen Wheels

Apparently these people do not know how to take care of customers! – We lost a $13,000 profit deal because they were supposed to ship the wheels out overnight, even after paying $540 to do so, and dropped the ball and didn’t get them shipped. HORRIBLE!!!!

Very pleased with the quality of the wheels, but not impressed with the quality of the service. Wheels initially took almost 3 weeks before they even got shipped. Once they arrived about 2 weeks later, they came with 1 centre cap that didn’t match. It has taken them an additional 5 business days to ship the replacement centre cap.

My experience with Vossen has been extraordinary! Diego helped me out from ordering to contacting me after arrival to see about fitment & this was the first time in my 20yrs of putting rims on my car that I was able to drive with them on, the day they got installed. The offset is perfect the wheel color is 🔥 & the wheel quality is too! Thanks for the great experience guys 😎

Great wheels design, one of my favorite…but their customer service, misleading advertising and attitude make me to believe that they only care to sell you rims initially and then it is your problem and they will do nothing to support their customers.
If you are confident with your product, what is the problem with exchange, even for restocking fee?

I purchased my first VOSSEN WHEELS, I have to say that before my vessel i had a tsw jerez on my bmw 328ix and drag rims on my old Nissan. well to be truly honest i have to say VOSSEN WHEELS is by far the best rims in the market. I purchased the cvt directional wheels 20″ staggered om my bmw 328ix and I love it. SUPER QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP, AMAZING DESIGN, QULITY MATERIALS. AND AMAZING PAINT QUALITY USED. VOSSEN IS #1
