Three visits to the pharmacy. Three times I’ve been told that my medication is not in stock. The second time, I was told that it was being ordered for me and I was instructed to return in 2 days. Upon return i was told that it would be another week. It’s now been 10 days since my prescription was written and I still don’t have my medication. Save yourself the trouble and go to another pharmacy in the area. I will.

After reading some reviews, just remembering how happy I am after taking my prescriptions from this place. In my new pharmacy (by the way, Walmart) no huge lines anymore, nor excuses for never having my prescriptions. Walgreens said they never received the response from my Dr. -never- same problem every 6 month with each prescription, during a couple of years now I’m sure where the problem was!

24 hours …true. But…, after 11:00 Pm; Only one soul.Attending the Pharmacy. And it is quite understandable the mad dog face for that mayor task. I understand…
But Dr. Jose M. It’s your job, keep it together and strive for some service. For you it’s one more bottle of pills but for others for example: It’s about their kids seizure medication…empathy is a double way street…

I am here from out of town. I am staying in hotel. Trying to get information about my medicine. They customer service is horrible. Trying to get answers over the phone about your medicine they keep you on hold. Then continue to put you on hold without even trying to hear your problem. People over the phone deserve the respect if they was in the store in person. Every time they pick up they either hang up so you have to be put on hold again. So far I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Then when they get you on the phone they hurry up and answer then hang up.
