They don’t do there jobs. Always late with the 1 hour photos and never answer phone calls

Fui hoy con el fin de imprimir unas fotos y nadie estaba atendiendo todo estaba desconectado. Cuando pregunté en Costumer Services me dijeron que hoy no abrieron, me refiero al Dpto de Photo Center. Me pregunto para que ponen un horario de atención al público cuando en realidad no lo cumplen.

En varias oportunidades he ido a tomar una foto y nunca han estado disponibles, publican un horario y no lo cumplen ni en la apertura ni en el cierre. He ido hasta 4 horas antes del cierre y dicen que ya no están trabajando. Me ha pasado 3 veces en menos de 5 meses
