Wash Time Coin Laundry

Took my white comforter to wash and pick up next day, I came home open my comforter is all burned and yellow 😰completely damaged, I visit this place again to ask for the owner and the front desk lady told me no ones is available no phone 📱 just to come in between 2pm and 3 to see if get lucky to catch anyone… any suggestions please???

This place is a hit and miss. Keep in mind that if you have an issue that you can’t resolve yourself, don’t expect them to do anything. If the machine wats your quarters or you have any problems with the machine. You will not get your money back. Even if its to put it in a different machine that works. Customer service is horrible. Employees blame the owner for taking the quarters they refund from their pay.

I love that laundry because is huge. But they don’t clean . And is a guy working in there that not do anything. And he supposed to clean so I only go once in a while

Overall would recommend it for regulars as well as for when your washer breaks down 🙁

Mostly Friendly staff, arcade games, flat screen tvs, ample place to sit, and vending machines. Security cameras inside and it’s open 24/7. Best place to do laundary. The only improvement are on some washing machines.
