Wide Cloud set up our internet connection and SIP phones within a week in a Hialeah location where any other option was twice as expensive. After three months of uninterrupted service I highly recommend them. Their QoS is perfect for our business needs and their customer service is spotless: always a US based knowledgeable human being -never a robot or wasting time with a script following untrained operator.
