Friend had a wedding here it was set up nicely. However, the restrooms needed more care including toilet tissue, and hand soap. Maybe someone should inspect the restrooms frequently.

Well this park and center used to be so much nicer. N out w all kinds of people ate showing up there. Teenagers smoking weed outside by the benches whiles small children are playing right there. No employee from the does anything about it. Very disappointed!!!!!!

I rented this place for my sister wedding reception this last weekend. Staff is very nice and friendly. Made you feel welcome it was easy dealing with them. They were out of our way and tried their best to accommodate us with whatever we needed and want. The place very spacious and clean, they set the tables for us just the way we wanted. They lost a star because they have no outside lights at night on the weekends which can be a bit dangerous if you hosting an event there. Our guests didn’t know where to park because it was so dark outside I had to stand outside to guide everyone. Otherwise they have gotten a 5*.

Community Centers are an investment in the people, a place where to gather to celebrate, hold functions and bring the government closest to voters. We attended a Miami Dade County Charter Review Commission meeting, where the issues were brought close to the people that then vote on the recommendations of the group. The panel is composed of those selected by Commissioners to represent each area of Miami Dade County. Each commissioner appoints one person, and just to give an example, Senator Rene Garcia was part of the selection. The police was there, and we took a photo with an ex political prisoner from Cuba who was visiting South Florida. The Community Center is located in a central spot in Hialeah, very near to La Carreta Restaurant, making it accessible by residents of the area. Excellent facilities
