Zales (Closed Temporarily)

Sales associate was excellent.

Great experience. The associates are very friendly.

The customer service in this store was not the best and lacked a professional touch expected at a jewelry store. I was assisted by gentleman named Julio. He was kind enough to welcome me in the store but really did not sell or show you around as you would expect. I was shopping for a necklace piece with my niece for her 18th birthday and was kind of disappointed on the outcome. There was a slight pusher approach from Julio on a certain item that was a little overpriced. At a moment I decided to take a picture of the SKU# of the necklace and he immediately said I was not allowed to take pictures of that, he continued by stating “it was strictly against company policy” which just made me super skeptical. After that awkward incident, he made the situation even more weird by just standing there with one style of chain kind of insinuating “take it or leave it” as if that was the only item zales at the store. I left after and came back after searching online outside (cause I felt I couldn’t do it at the store) and Julio asked another sales representative to assist me which I personally felt as if I was not valued as a customer. I would suggest Julio to take a course where he can professionally polish himself in the retail industry.

Workers are douche bags. I was suppose to be helped but instead these douches would look for someone else to assist.
