Zero Nine Technology

Even though Fernando and Gustavo were knowledgeable and friendly, I payed $380 for an incomplete job. Only my wireless is partially working and the long list of things I needed to complete is still pending (camera system, sonos, nest carbon detectors,etc) it takes me weeks to speak with them to schedule an appointment. They text me saying they will call me soon and nothing happens…. I’m really getting tired and wish I could call someone more reliable, but they know my hands are tight since they were the ones who installed the whole house system with the previous owner.

I have to fully appreciate Mr. Fernando and all his team for the excellent and professional service that Zero Nine Tech has provide me from the very beginning. I live in the community of Doral at the brand new Landmark properties and I am impressed for the respectful staff that came to my house to do the service and installation of the smart home system. Thank you for the communication at all time. See you on my next home or investment. 👍🏻

All I can say Zero Nine Technology definitely delivers! Excellent communication, customer service and installation. I am so pleased with the set up of my new DVR and the techs were available. They’re so accommodating and will work with your schedule. In addition, David the manager is AWESOME to work with. His knowledge and expertise is on point each and every time.
