GEEK SQUAD can not and will not repair any Samsung phones. The only option they offer you is to get a replacement phone paying a $199 deductible. (in case you just have a cracked screen/glass even if the screen still works).

SO for IPHONE owners maybe Geek Squad Mobile Insurance is not bad but for SAMSUNG phones owners definitely is the worst mobile insurance ever.

There was a boy named Eaduardo, I think. He was incredibly honest with me and he helped me a lot with my pc, people got to understand that there are computers that are impossible to repair, they will let you know if they can fix it or not

I feel the need of sharing what happened to me yesterday at this best buy Geek Squad. Since there was no appointment in an actual Apple Store I went ahead and schedule the appointment with them. I have an IPhone 8 plus which I bought less than 6 months ago, so it is still under factory warranty. When they inspect the phone the guy told me it has a water damage and since they are not water proof the only option I had was to get a new phone and pay $400, because water damage is not covered under the 1 year warranty with Apple. And that if I took the iPhone to an Apple store they will charge me the same $400. I was so pissed at them because how were they so sure that I took the phone under water? I left the store (and thank god I did) and took my phone to a T-Mobile store. They inspect the phone there again and the lady told me to take it to an Apple store because she didn’t see any water damage to it. Long story short, once in Apple at Aventura mall, the super nice lady did the necessary tests and gave me a new phone because they couldn’t find what was wrong with my phone and they replace it because it was covered under the warranty. PLEASE help me report this since I can see now that I am not the only one who have had an issue with these people.

BEWARE ! ! !
make yourself a favor. Do not bring your computer here. I bought a brand new laptop at this Best Buy and one week later it was not booting. I brought it to geek squad and they wanted to charge us over $200 to get it fixed even though it was new and we bought the extended warranty.

I decided not to proceed with them and contact the manufacturer who solved the problem over the phone and remote assistance in minutes at not charge.

I was advised by this geek squad that the manufacturer will not cover software problems.

If you want your money stolen, come to this Best Buy and geek squad
